Our office is closed over the Christmas period and reopens January 12th, 2026.

Step 1
RACV Emergency Home Assist, (For both members and non members) please lodge a service call by phoning 1300 751 547 and quote your LOT address, as all Long Island Customers receive priority. Please also ensure you notify our maintenance department of the call out by emailing maintenance@longislandhomes.com.au

Should your urgent request be confirmed as not part of RACV scope of works, please see direct contact details below
Note, however fees may apply should it be found to be user error or not under warranty,
